The Secret Power of Lawlessness

I believe that we are coming to the end of an age and nearing the times of the manifestations of the Son of God.  The things we are see today are not random events happening across the nations, they are manifestations of a malevolence determined to establish the conditions for the domination of the world in the realest possible terms.

What is behind the confusion, chaos, destruction and evil that we see in the nations today? I believe that there is only one word that can capture this and it is lawlessness or rebellion.

The spirit of this age is the mystery of lawlessness or rebellion that Paul the apostle spoke about in the book of 2 Thessalonians.

Concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our being gathered to him, we ask you, brothers, not to become easily unsettled or alarmed by some prophecy, report or letter supposed to have come from us, saying that the day of the Lord has already come. Don’t let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the man doomed to destruction. He will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in God’s temple, proclaiming himself to be God.

Don’t you remember that when I was with you I used to tell you these things?  And now you know what is holding him back, so that he may be revealed at the proper time.  For the secret power of lawlessness is already at work; but the one who now holds it back will continue to do so till he is taken out of the way. And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will overthrow with the breath of his mouth and destroy by the splendor of his coming. 2 Thess 2:1-8

Right from the days that the Apostle prophesied these words, that demonic power has been gaining strength and establishing the grounds upon which the man of sin that exalts himself against all that is called God will emerge.

There is nothing random about what we see, while many of the human actors may be ignorant of the demonic master plan that they are carrying out, a good number of them know whose biddings they serve.

There are people in authority or in the high seats of society across the nations who are actively involved in some of the most depraved depths of satanic worship in different forms.

Seats of authority are always established on some power structures of spiritual origin, whether divine or demonic and it is naïve to assume that these things are only so in Africa or in Asia, it is present across nations.

Satan uses lawlessness and sin to establish strongholds societies and nations, as people are instigated to rebel against the authority of God, they are exposed to domination and manipulation by the enemy.

In the United States who in spite of her imperfections has been a bulwark against tyranny and a defender of religious liberties and the worship of God.  

This assault has reached new heights. Many people assume that this protests and the riots are ‘legitimate’ demands for civil rights and ‘black lives’ but they are grossly fooled.

What is going on in the United States has nothing do with civil rights or black lives but they are satanic attempts to establish the reign of lawlessness, destroy the resistance to the mystery of iniquity and its reign and further prepare the ground  for the emergence of the man of iniquity.

Does this mean that the demands for social justice and equity are not legitimate? Of course not, there are gross infractions of the law which must be addressed but have you noticed that the protesters in seeking a legitimate goal are employing the same tactics they so vehemently condemn?

The opposition to Donald Trump has nothing to do with Mr Trump as a person but simply what He represents, a stumbling block to the plan of world domination set in motion by the spirit of lawlessness.
